Ruslan has more than 20 years of experience in business and investment management. He worked for leading Russian and international companies and funds that focused on high-tech projects, telecoms and the commodity sector. He launched Far East High Technology Fund in 2018 and was its CEO until 2021. Before that he was Deputy CEO at Far East and Arctic Development Fund. In 2011-2013 he held the position of Senior Vice President at Russian Direct Investment Fund  where he worked on setting-up of Russian-Chinese Investment Fund with the capital of $ 2 billion. Previously, he worked for leading Russian and international companies - Ernst & Young, Basic Element, CentreInvest Capital Partners, etc. In 2016, he founded the ARMA network of crossfit clubs in Moscow. Graduated from the State University of Management, Institute of Financial Management. His interests include painting and martial arts. He has a black belt in karate.

Konstantin manages Fund`s deals in microelectronics, IT, industrial and green technologies areas. Previously, he was Deputy CEO at Far East High Technology Fund. In 2014-2018, he was the director for industrial partners of Skolkovo Industrial Cluster Fund, where he supervised large investment projects localized in the Skolkovo innovation center and implemented corporate acceleration projects with Fanuc, S7 Group, Rosatom, Rostec and others. He held key positions and led projects in Russian and international technology companies, such as NEW Russia Growth Private Equity, CentreInvest Capital Partners, Xtera Telecommunications Inc, AFK Sistema Financial Corporation. He has a master's degree in Applied Physics and Mathematics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT), and a degree in Financial management from the Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation.

Arthur is responsible for the Fund's deals in medicine, biotechnology and robotics. Before joining the Voskhod VC team, he was responsible for a number of investments in Far East High Technology Fund. Previously, worked at Far East and Arctic Development Fund, Ernst and Young and the investment banking division of JPMorgan. Graduated from M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) with a degree in Economics. He has a degree of Master of Science in Global Finance. Arthur teaches a course on Corporate Finance and Asset Management in Global Markets in the anglophone Master's program at Moscow State University. He also co-authored with Changellenge a course on Investment Banking and Venture Funds. He enjoys triathlon (3x Ironman PB 9.31) and snowboarding.

Sergey is responsible for the Fund's deals in Deeptech, Microelectronics and AI, as well as pre-IPO stage deals. Previously, he worked at Orbita Capital, Rusnano Sistema SICAR, RUSNANO funds and participated in more than 30 deals in total. Among such deals are: Mikron, Danaflex, TMK, Geosplit, iVideon, MEL Science and others. Sergey also has industrial experience in the oil and gas sector (Rosneft). He has a bachelor's degree in applied physics and mathematics (MIPT, solid state physics, superconductivity) and a master's degree in applied physics and mathematics (MIPT, geophysics). Sergey is a CFA certificate holder (member of the CFA Russia association) and FFMS certificates series 1.0 and 5.0.

Varvara is responsible for the Fund’s pipeline in ​​life sciences area (Medicine, Biotechnology, Agrotechnology). Before joining the Voskhod VC team she was responsible for corporate innovative projects in «big pharma», was involved in organizing market access for innovative pharmaceuticals, was a co-founder of several international drug discovery startups. Varvara has a scientific degree (Candidate of Biological Sciences in the field of tissue engineering), graduated from the Faculty of Biology of Lomonosov Moscow State University, enjoys alpine skiing, loves jazz.

Sergey supervises the Fund’s projects in the areas of Industrial Software and Deeptech. Before joining the Voskhod VC team, he was responsible for developing local businesses for multinational corporations Red Hat and Cisco Systems Inc. He led the project to create and launch the largest commercial data center in the northwestern region of the Russian Federation — Stack Data Network. A graduate of the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT), he has a bachelor's degree in applied physics and mathematics.

Maria has over 20 years of experience in financial and administrative management in the industrial and financial companies. From 2014 to 2022, she worked as the chief accountant for Far East High Technology Fund and at the management company of Da Vinci Capital investment fund; before that, she held the positions of financial and administrative director and chief accountant in the Russian branches of Anstar AG and Ejendals. Graduated from State University of Management, Institute of Financial Management with a Master`s degree.

Kristina is responsible for the development of professional communities and partnerships, media relations, regional and federal government authorities. She has worked in media and PR for over 15 years. She began her career in 2006 at the “Kommersant” publishing house as a consumer markets department reporter. She also worked as an Editor at RBC and Deputy Editor-in-Chief at Rambler News Services. In 2019-2022 she was the PR Director at Far East High Technology Fund. In 2014-2019, she worked as a public relations consultant with The Seventh Continent, Telconet Capital and Klever Internet funds, OKKO online cinema, etc.
